Having worked within the construction industry for over 25 years in building surveying and architectural environments, BPS manages a diverse range of domestic, commercial, institutional and educational projects and has a particular passion for traditional styles of construction and listed buildings.

Building/Architectural Design

BPS gives a complete and tailored building design service.  Whether you require plans for obtaining planning permission or complete project co-ordination services, we will provide services to meet your requirements.

Project Co-ordination

 

 

BPS offers project co-ordination to provide a smooth path through the minefield that is construction.  From the inception of the project BPS will lead you through all processes of obtaining the necessary consents, detailing all drawings and schedules, tender prices and co-ordination of works on site.

Condition Surveys

 BPS provides photographic schedules to include a written description of a building element, a photograph of any damage  to that item and a layout plan to identify the location of the damaged element.
